Breakfast Menu

Set yourself up for the day with a satisfying breakfast.
Choose to dine around the large oak table in the dining room, in our spacious conservatory or on the patio, on finer days.

Tuck into a traditional, full Welsh breakfast, sourced, as far as possible, from local farms and businesses
or choose from our tempting breakfast menu.

For starters guests can help themselves to -
Fruit juice, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, grapefruit, dried fruits, a selection of cereals, or porridge ( to order)

Full Welsh Breakfast:

Locally produced bacon and sausages
Local free range eggs – fried, poached, boiled or scrambled
Grilled tomatoes – home grown, when in season
Baked beans
Black Pudding (on request)
Buttery Mushrooms
Fried bread or Hash browns

Other temptations include:

Just added to the menu are our Lavabread cakes - using Penclawdd Lavabread ( When available)

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon  served on a warm buttered muffin.
Fish speciality of the day.

A choice of “on toast” dishes.

We also prepare evening meals on request, for groups of 4 or more.(Please phone us on 01437 532476 or email    info@brynhaul-pembrokeshire.co.uk)
2 course dinner@ £22.50 per person.
A 2 course meal being a set main course for the day  followed by a tempting desert, all creatively home cooked using, primarily, the best locally sourced ingredients and  home grown vegetables in season.   
Finish off with coffee or tea with mints.
 You are welcome to bring your own wine.

We can also provide tasty packed lunches  @ £10.00 per person. (Please phone or email us for details.)
